Enhanced E-Mail Notifications

Currently job notifications sent via SMTP are very verbose like a job log and shown as continuous text.
The text needs to be formatted to include line breaks.
Even better would be to enhance so like the job logs in monitor jobs it was formatted with text in red highlighting any issues.
At the top the notification should show a clear overview i.e. job name, job completion status, job runtime, data transferred, job throughput and then the job log (as an option)
