Mark that the job filter is set

For example: at Register "Catalog" - "Job Functions" there you can set a filter. It would be a little, but nice feature if there where a little mark that a filter was set.
Example two weeks ago I have configured a filter and today I opened the Job functions Register again and there was no backup entry visible. After the first shock I noticed the setting of the filter.
