Add the ability to deploy a hotfix modules for multiple clients easily.(DPM-183)

As a user I would like to be able to deploy a single hotfix file or files to multiple clients easily as copying a file to multiple machines can be very cumbersome.

A much better suggestion is to do it like veeam and use a very small agent, and each time backup runs it will be copied to the client and after backup it will be deleted. So there is no need to update agents, because catalogic automatically use the latest agent version!
