Add HyperV support for feature parity to VMWare

HyperV use is increasing at many customers, very good to have the same features as on VMWare.

vStor is a backup super-target, but a backup target usually wants a restore. Restores need time. A better solution is mapping the backup. But this can even be more improved by using a Hyper-V or VMware host as direct target, in case of a disaster you just start the "backup" on the second (or third) host. We are very close to this ideal situation with mapping, lets do the next step ! In the TB and PB world the target for VMs has to be the next host.

Thank you for the idea, we appreciate your feedback. We analyzed the topic and hyperV priority is currently low. We are not planning to achieve feature parity bwtween WMware and HyperV in the nearest future. We may consider implementing specific features if you have any suggestions.
