Add SNMP settings to the Web-UI

vStor appliance deploys with an aktive SNMP service. It would be nice if it would be possible to configure this service over the web interface and if snmp monitoring like pool capacity, status health would be accessible.

You might find it interesting that starting with the 4.10 version, vStor 4.10 has monitoring capabilities integrated using the OpenTelemetry format.
