Protect DPX catalog to Cloud S3 target

Customers and resellers have expressed the need to protect their catalog to a cloud S3 provider so that in case of emergency, they can recover from there instead of recovering from a tape that may take hours to bring back onsite.
Acceptance Criteria
DPX Catalog backup to send data to an S3 Device Cluster and Media Pool
DPX Cloud Media to be manually created for recovery of catalog
DPX Catalog restore to restore data from an S3 Device cluster and Media Pool
Catalog backup must be able to be object-locked
