Deploy Master server appliance regardless of hypervisor type.

User Story
As a prospect, I would like to deploy the master server appliance to my environment, but I do not have VMware or Hyper-V. Therefore I cannot install the currently provided templates for a DPX Master server.
Acceptance Criteria
Provide the ability to deploy a Master server appliance on physical or other hypervisors that are not VMware or Hyper-V
Must provide similar functionality as current Master server OVA template
