Daily job summary report

As a user I would like to have a daily summary of all jobs that ran in the last 24 hours that I can see what happened in DPX without needing to access the DPX UI.

Acceptance Criteria

Provide a report that shows every job that completed or is still running in the last 24 hours
Report must be emailed out every 24 hours
